What is my username and password?

Our support staff set up and finalise your account details. When the account is activated Conduit automatically generates and sends a welcome email straight to your email address on file. It contains your login credentials (username and password) to access the Conduit site.

TIP: When your account is setup we send you an email with your credentials. It isn't uncommon for automatically generated emails to be flagged as spam/junk mail. Please checked your Spam / Junk folder in your mail client for an email with the subject "Welcome to Conduit".

Forgot your password? How to reset your password.

1. Go to the Conduit welcome page

2. Click "Forgot password" link

3. Enter your "Username" and click "Submit". An email will be generated and sent to your email address we have on file.

4. Log into Conduit

5. Navigate to the "My Account" page

6. Click on the link "Change password" and follow the prompts to change your password.

Note: If you are experiencing further issues please contact Conduit Support. See FAQ "I can’t find the information I need. Can I contact someone about it?"
